Session 1: Want to extend your Memory? See how SQL Server can do it.

Abstract: Have you ever wanted to extend your memory so that you can have many threads running in your brain? In this session I am going to explain traditional relationship between our brain and SQL Server processing. I will introduce you to the new feature which is not explored much, Buffer Pool Extensions. How this can be corelated to our imagination.

Session 2: Troubleshooting perf problems using Xperf

Abstract: Xperf is one awesome tool which is less used and which has the capability of debugging things more internally. In this session we will try to see the introduction of xperf, the ways to use it, solving complex problems such as High CPU, IO Latencies on SQL Server using Xperf.
